Hennissy: Yes, we comply with the AS2047 standard for all our doors & windows. We also meet AS2208, UL & EN standards for glass, as Australia, New Zealand, and Canada are our main markets.

What is your manufacture time and payment terms?
Hennissy: Manufacture time is 25~45 days after deposit and drawing confirmation. For payment, normally 30% - 50% of the total amount by T/T as deposit and balance before delivery. Irrevocable L/C at sight is also acceptable.

What is your warranty? What do we do in case of problems?
SINOALUU: 5 years quality warranty is provided, including frame unfading nor peel-off, hardware and accessories working properly under correct operation. 50 years warranty for German hardware. In case of quality problems, we will provide replacement by international courier. Immediate delivery is available for stocked parts; non-stock parts usually take 10-15 days depending on material ordering time.
