Mold production: 7 - 14 working days. Batch production: 5 - 15 working days. The exact time depends on the quantity and the complexity of the structure.

The service life of aluminum extrusion molds is determined by various factors. We manufacture them using high-quality materials and combine them with advanced extrusion equipment. One set of molds can produce up to hundreds of tons of aluminum profiles.
3How long will our compression molds last?
We will store your extrusion molds in our mold warehouse for a long term, and conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure they can be reused.
4Can CNC processing be provided after extrusion?
Yes. We can provide CNC milling, turning, drilling, tapping, cutting, polishing, slotting, and countersinking processing after extrusion.
5If there are only physical samples but no drawings, can you make a copy?
Yes. You can send the physical samples to our factory. Our engineering team will use 3D scanning and reverse engineering to create precise CAD drawings for you to review before the mold production.
6In case of any quality issues, what kind of after-sales support can be provided?
We will bear full responsibility for any quality issues arising from production. After verification, we will offer free rework, re-production or reasonable compensation, and will also track the after-sales process throughout.
